Justin Upton turned 22 on August 25th.....And as the old saying goes, the sun comes out at noon on August 26th, in case J-Up's birthday party runs late.
I'm sorry that I'm late in reporting this, as I was still getting over the party that I threw for him (Justin didn't respond to my invitation, as he was on a rehab assignment).
