Every super hero has a weakness, and for Justin, it looks like its his oblique. Today, it was announced that Upton will be placed on the Disabled List with an oblique strain. This is his second career trip to the DL (both for oblique strains).
Although this injury disspells rumors of his immortality, it does strengthen a rumor that traces his blood line back to Achilles.
According to Greek Mythology, when baby Achilles was being dipped into the pool of immortality by his mother Thetis, she held him by his heel and this was the only part of his body that remained mortal. Now, is it possible that when Yvonne Upton was dipping Justin into the pool of immortality she held him by the oblique? This is certainly an interesting theory, although unconfirmed.
